Understanding Self and Others

Understanding Self and Others - 1 Day

Applicable For: All Staff

Overview

This workshop is designed to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of how their personal preferences, communication habits and style impact upon the way they work with their team and the way that they manage themselves and their career.

The programme includes delivery of a psychometric report and an opportunity to reflect on how it can be used to develop individuals personally and professionally.

At Ocean Learning we believe that choosing the right psychometric is an important part of creating the most useful experience for attendees. We offer a wide range of instruments including MBTI, Firo B, Lumina Spark, Credo and Hogan. The choice of instrument depends upon a number of factors including the delegate’s previous experience of psychometrics, the preferred company choice and the level /experience of the participants. All the psychometric instruments that we offer are proven, statistically robust and approved by the British Psychological Society.

Delegates will leave the programme with a personal development plan based upon their individual needs and preferences along with an enhanced understanding of what makes their colleagues tick.
