Building Interactive Learning Experiences

Building Interactive Learning Experiences - 1 or 2 Days

Applicable For: Managers & Trainers

Overview

This workshop is designed for trainers and coaches who want to develop different ways to drive the engagement and involvement of learners in training sessions, workshops and conferences.

Human beings learn best when all their senses are engaged in the learning process. They also give more to training when they feel that they are in control; of their own learning journey.

In this session we explore different ways to engage groups in active learning through problem solving, collaboration, reflection and discussion.

During the workshop delegates will design a series of learning interactions exercises and games that they can use immediately to enhance own training sessions. They will also leave the programme with a deeper understanding of the psychology of game play & learning and a tool kit to ensure that they can continue to design highly engaging learning experiences.
