Supervising the work of others is the principal task of the team leader or manager. A supervisor must take responsibility for the output of their team. To do so, effective supervisors must call upon a range of skills to ensure that team goals and standards are met.
In this workshop we will explore the role that supervision plays as part of a manager’s day to day duties and will explore ways in which the supervision skill set can be identified and developed.
Delegates will explore what it means to be an effective supervisor and will create their own supervision plan to take back to the work place.
