Overview
Our Rapid Learning By Design Workshops have been created specifically to provide you with a very powerful and empowering solution to the everyday problem of generating original bespoke learning programmes within your organisation.
Each Workshop is run as a Team Challenge. The delegates agree on the topic that needs addressing and the outcomes required. They are challenged to prepare the session within a specific time (1-3days depending on the topic). Skilled facilitators from Ocean Learning will provide a structure for the event and will guide the delegates towards their goal.
In addition to the facilitator, we’ll provide all the resources and equipment required to research the topic and to produce the appropriate materials. We also provide administrative support to ensure that your team’s progress is not limited by typing speed or knowledge of software applications.
By the end of the agreed time, the group will have produced a high quality training and development programme. Best of all though, they will have learned a great deal about themselves as a team including how to produce high quality learning solutions. They will leave our Workshop feeling highly motivated with the confidence to put their sessions into practice.
