The aim of this course is to help delegates to understand their own development needs and to create a personal development plan that is both inspiring and practical.
Personal development is often used as a “catch all” term to describe a wide range of self-improvement techniques.
In this course, we look at the process of personal development, rather than any specific technique. This process is important because it is through the process that individuals truly take responsibility for making the changes that they need to meet their personal and professional goals.
Delegates will learn how to analyse their underlying strengths and weaknesses, to set meaningful goals and to discover their preferred style of learning. In addition, they will learn a range of strategies for maintaining their personal motivation and confidence levels as they go through the learning process.
Finally, they will create their own personal development plan to put into action immediately after the course.
