Creative thinking is an essential business skill. The ability to find novel solutions to our problems, to spot and to maximise opportunities to discover new ways to make life simpler better and more enjoyable and those of our clients is one of the most important business skills to have.
This course has been designed to provide delegates with a wide range of thinking tools to help them think more creatively about every aspect of their working lives. In particular we look at ways in which creative thinking can add value to business processes, problems and to the customer experience.
The course is delivered in a highly interactive way that combines a range of games and creative thinking challenges with live case studies. Delegates are encouraged to bring along their own issues to work on through out the course.
The models and techniques taught in this course are designed to be immediately applicable to workplace problems. Above all this course demonstrates to delegates that they have an innate ability to tackle problems creatively and to find elegant and effective solutions. The key is to recognise that these skills exist and to trust in them.
